Welcome to Billator, the mobile application (the “App”) provided by Bipolcom Inc. (“Company”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms of Use, please do not use the App.
Description of Service
The App allows users to take pictures of invoices and save them as PDF files on their devices. Users may also choose to share the invoices to others. The Company does not have any control over or responsibility for the content or accuracy of any invoice images or PDF files generated by the App.
User Conduct
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe on the rights of others. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to use the App to transmit any unlawful or harmful material, or to interfere with the operation of the App or access or attempt to access other users’ accounts.

Intellectual Property
The App and its content, including the design, text, graphics, and all software, are protected by copyright law and other intellectual property laws. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer or sell any information, products or services obtained from the App without the prior written consent of the Company, except as expressly provided herein.

The Company does not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that it will meet your specific requirements. The Company is not responsible for any loss or damage, including personal injury or property damage, resulting from your use of the App or any content obtained from it. You understand and agree that you are solely responsible for backing up any invoice images or PDF files generated by the App, as the Company has no control over or responsibility for their storage or backup.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the Company be liable to you or any third party for any special, indirect, incidental, exemplary, punitive or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the App or any content obtained from it. The Company’s liability to you or any third party under these Terms of Use shall not exceed $100.
Governing Law
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Quebec, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms of Use shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
